2015 Northeast Pipe Smoking Contest and Holiday Party (Kaywoodie Event)

Our great friend Bill Feuerbach has announced that once again he will host the 2015 “Kaywoodie Event”, to be held at the same new location as last year, in Fishkill, NY, on Saturday December 12th. Be sure to submit your check for $55.00, along with the application found below, which, if you are among the lucky, first 48, will also enroll you into the 2015 Northeast Pipe Smoking (Slow Smoke) Contest, a UPCA sanctioned event, as soon as possible, as it is sure to sell out, and it always does! Here is Bill's announcement along with all of the details, followed by the application:
Gentleman,
My apologies for the late communication concerning the 2015 Northeast Regional Pipe Smoking Contest and Holiday Pipe Extravaganza:) But that aside the date will be quickly upon us. The event date is December 12th starting around 1pm and will be at the same location as last year, the Southern Dutchess and Putnam Sportsman Association.
We did have a small bump in price to cover costs to $55. ($10 of that goes to the SDPSA to rent the building for the day, and the $45 includes your contest pipe, buffet dinner, beer, wine, soda, and desert) You will find the flyer attached. As time is short this time around, please send you registration form in as soon as possible. We are asking for them by November 30th so that we know how many people to expect and can make necessary arrangements for food and such.
For those of you who would like a table to sell pipes, the table fee will be $25, all of which goes to the SDPSA. As you remember, the space is limited and we can only squeeze in about 14 exhibitor tables with about 55 people attending. We have to limit exhibitors to 1 table each and if you can share space with someone else that would be a big help. This has to be on a first come first served basis, So send the $25 table fee in with your $55 event registration making the total $80, and simply write "one table" on the form.

Registration is $55. ($10 of which goes to the SDPSA for renting the facility for the day) We are going to have to limit the the number of contest participants to the first 48 registration forms returned. Fee includes your contest pipe, tobacco, and buffet dinner. Since pipes will be made according to the number of people who have registered, no refunds can be considered.

**Please Note***In the event that we receive more than 48 registration forms, we will not turn anyone away. But those received after the first 48 will not be able to participate in the smoking contest, unless one of the first 48 chooses not to participate and relinquishes their spot and the pipe.
