Pipe Owner is to determine the starting price. I’ll be happy to offer advice based on my own selling and buying experience with that particular pipe brand/model. In most cases, a low starting price proves to be the best strategy.

Ebay listing cost and the final sale fees depend on the starting and ending prices of the auction and to be paid by the Pipe Owner.
